The Company hereby offers a Shipping service to ensure speedy delivery of the products to its users, within a day of placing the order on the website. "(24 Hours Delivery)". The Express Shipping Service terms and conditions are set out below and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions-
- To use the Express Shipping Service, the user must select "Express Shipping" when purchasing products on the Website.
- On selecting the "24 Hours Delivery" option, the products purchased by the users shall be delivered within a duration of Twenty Four (24) Hours from the time the Invoice is generated.
- The Express Shipping Service will be available in selected cities which are as set out on the Website.
- The products which are ordered between 6.00 P.M to 11.00 A.M shall be delivered to the user by 2.00 P.M on the next working day.
- The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product ordered under the Express Shipping Service option is delivered within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of placement of the order on the Website subject to the successful realization of payment made against the said order and availability of the Product (s). However, the user understands and agrees that the Company will not be held responsible or liable for any delay in shipment of the Product caused by circumstances beyond the Company's control, provided that the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure shipment of the Product within the above-mentioned timelines.
- The terms and conditions of the Return Policy of Home Delivery (Clause VIII) and Exchange/Replacement of Home Delivery (Clause IX) and Refund Policy (Clause XII) shall apply to products delivered under the Express Shipping Service option.
- Any cancellation/exchange per the above terms qualifies for payment reversal/replacement of the Product depending on the availability of the Product and the preference of the user.
The aforesaid terms and conditions in respect to refund by the Company shall be referred to as the "Refund Policy."
Exchange/Replacement for Home Delivery
- If a product is discovered to have a defect (s) immediately after delivery, the user may request an exchange/replacement of the Product at any time after delivery, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery of the Product (if no demo/installation is required) or fifteen (15) days from the date of demo/installation (if a manufacturing/working defect exists).If any free item delivered to the user is found defective, then the company shall arrange the replacement of the free item only and the main product shall not be replaced.
- If a user decides to replace a product due to a specific defect in the product as described above, the Company will arrange for the product to be exchanged/replaced to be picked up. However, the user agrees to assist and cooperate to return the product with all its accessories, freebies, original packing materials, and such declaration duly signed by the user as may be suggested by the Customer Service Centre while registering call for return/replacement.
- If a customer approaches after 15 days of the product's delivery or after demo/installation, as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.

- If the user opts for replacement of the Product due to any defect at the time of delivery or demo/installation of the Product, the user will have to ensure that the Product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton. Kindly refer to the Returns sections on the Website for further details on the Return Process.
- Pay-on-Delivery Order Cancellations/Replacement

- Once the product is delivered, it can not be returned. However, in the case of any defect or damage in transit or where the product delivered is different from the product for which the order was placed, the user may, by following requisite steps, replace such product.
- In the event of a stock shortage or, in any case, deemed fit to accept the products, a company may choose to return the amount paid by the user. The remittance would be done via NEFT.
- All eligible refunds for Pay on Delivery transactions will happen in the Users Account via NEFT.
The user will be bound by the return policy of the Company and shall not hold the Company liable for any loss that she/he may incur due to cancellation of the order.
No Warranty for Freebies
Gifts given with any of the products purchased from the Website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.
